All Classical Public Media approached Green Goat Media in a time of need. Due to unfortunate circumstances they needed someone to help them recreate their entire website on a new server in just two days. They were up against a wall with an impending pledge drive just a week away!
We answered the call. We were able to setup a new VPS hosting environment, update their DNS and port their old site to the new server and test over a weekend. Due to the situation we only had a static copy of the old website and were able to recreate it in a new instance of MODx Revolution CMS. Because of the teamwork between All Classical and Green Goat Media we were able to make this happen.
Further, because the website has a live streaming broadcast, we had to update their feed with a new module to display track, host and buy now information. This was accomplished with minimal interruption in service.
All Classical Public Media also wanted a better way to display their Program Guide. Working with National Public Radio Digital Services, we were able to do just that. Now programming information is easily updated and live on the website.
The end result is clear. Within a few days we had the website up and running with limited interruption, an improved live stream broadcast, a more robust program guide and an improved VPS server with greater bandwidth and overall performance. Needless to say the pledge drive went off without a hitch!
